I would just like to take some time out to say what a fantastic company names is. I find it extremely important to get good customer service and every staff member I have every spoken to at Names is very helpful and deals with my enquiries quickly and efficiently.
This time last year I had never heard of Names and took out your broadband package for the reason there was no contract and it is a good price. However, I would just like to say I called originally to set up the service and the sales team were excellent, the helpdesk was fantastic and at later stages the customer service is also extremely knowledgable It's great to see a company that finally treats its customers fairly!!!!
